Get involved & Give back!
As Oprah Winfrey once said, “Lots of people want to ride with you in the limo, but what you want is someone who will take the bus with you when the limo breaks down.”
So, take the bus with us!
You know first hand how much hope and encouragement volunteers can provide. Reach out to help
others who are just beginning theirs. In 2015, CGS Volunteers contributed more than 5,220 hours to help others.
Support Group Opportunities

have to say...
Other Volunteer Opportunities
- I needed to hear about their successes and their truthfulness
about the paid and sadness.
- Good to have others experience to realize that we are not
- Very much helpful to me because she has been in this place
of grief, disappointment and loss a lot longer than me.
- Showed that we could "get there."
- An inspiration to there being hope when volunteers shared
their lives with us. They show there are better days ahead.
- Loved hearing their stories and seeing how strong they are
today. Gives us hope.
